has been abducted by pirates.
And she is indeed lovely ...
And played by Keira Knightly :-)
Letīs show her again - she is after all the heroine :-)

Anyway!
Back to the pirates ;-)
All that does of course not give captain Barbossa here
- played by Geoffrey Rush -
the right to run away with her!
... even if he is cursed to look like this at night - poor pirate ...
Well - at least it should be easy for him to pick his teeth :-D
But Elizabeth has the coin
which is needed to remove the curse
which make Barbossa and his men look like ...
... this - yikes?
And in a movie opposite Depp ...
Must be galling!
So Barbossa just goes ahead
and takes the coin away from her?
Really - the manner - bad manner - of those pirates ...
But then again the evil curse both demands
the coin back among the rest of the loot
and
Elizabethīs blood too ...
The awful pirates are even forcing
the wretched wench to walk the plank ...
But why feed her to the sharks
when they have had the trouble of abducting her in the first place -
Iīll never learn to understand men - erm - pirates ...
He ;-)
So these two have actually no time
to stand around and look handsome!
But donīt they just ;-)
Oh - maybe I better present ...
Elizabethīs handsome boyfriend Will Turner
- played by Orlando Bloom -
is coming to the rescue.
Donīt he look just like a young, galant hero :-) ?
Not like that there Jack Sparrow-character!
... Jack just look absolutely gorgeous ;-)
They do look good together, donīt they :-)?
They also argue - but who doesnīt :-) ?
And Jack ends up with Elizabeth on a deserted island and likes her too so ...
So captain Barbossa better stop playing Hamlet
and start laying a plan of defense.
Even more so because the silly pirate
has been stupid enough to steal a ship
from a certain captain Sparrow -
Jack Sparrow ;-)
"Oīhoy! THAT is my ship !!!"
The pirate ships are beautiful, ainīt they :-)
So no wonder Jack wants his back :-D
And yes, pirates do steal - thatīs in the job description.
And also from each other.
Even with great wicked glee if they can :-D
But said Jack Sparrow gets mad
when he thinks he perceives an injustice.
Such as if people steals from HIM ;-)
And when he get mad things happens :-D
Here we have said captain Jack Sparrow.
And as any good captain on the seven seas
he is appearently willing to go down with his beloved ship.
Even smiling a bit :-)
But you have to see the movie to find out why ;-)

O.k. maybe some of it has to do with the fact that there is also a sweet side to the captain :-)

getting so close to the English navy ...

The plot (and movie ;-) ) moves on
and somehow Jack and Will get themselves
inside Barbossaīs lair.
I even think Barbossa is contemplating at one point
whether or not the curse will lift if he sacrifies that pesky bloke Sparrow
instead of the nice young Elizabeth ...
We better go see the movie to make sure Jack
- and the rest of them of course -
got away safely :-D
And they of course have to fight about it too ...
As I have clucked before; MEN !!!

- for no reason at all ;-) -
look at this peerless pirate again.
